We are currently under operation of coal mine in Kaleum District, Xekhong Province. The project owned by Xekhong Power Plant company. The work starting from August 2022 and will be finished after four years as contract has been signed. The contract fully four years.

NamPang & NamKiew Hydropower projects
We are currently constructing of civil work for the two hydropower dams. NamPang and NamKiew dams in Xiengkhouang Province. The project owned by Phongsabtavy Group Co., LTD. The project started on 1st November, 2022 and will be finished in August, 2023.

NamHao Hydro power dam project
We are currently constructing civil work for the project NamHao Hydropower dam in Huaphanh Province. The project owned by NamHao Chaleun Power Co., LTD (DDC). The project started on 1st November, 2022 and will be finished within May, 2023.

NamTuen2 Hydropower projects 2021
FM awarded contract from NT2 since 2019 until 2021 with total contract amount is 300,000 USD, in 2019 has awarded contract only 37,400 USD then later year in 2021 awarded almost 10 times; works included Portable Garage, Guardhouse & Sala, site board, Float Bridge and Water tower tanks. The project in 2021 finished within 03 months.
SALAVAN PROVINCE in Lao PDR
HOUAY KAPHEU HYDROPOWER PROJECT
It is 5 MW dam project at Lao Ngam District in SALAVAN Province, the project duration is 14 months (Nov, 2019 – Feb, 2021). FM is awarded for earth dam, spillway, intake, tunnel, surge tank, penstock and power house.
Ban Naty, Longchaeng District, Xaysomboun Province in Lao PDR
Nam Kap Hydropower
The project has started but it was a delay on construction therefore FM is hired to resume remains concrete work & slope protection.

NAM CHE1 HYDRO-POWER DAM PROJECT
NAM CHE1 Hydro-power project is located in Xaysomboun province. FM was awarded two packages, first is residential and office buildings, and second package is headrace/waterway and penstocks from intake to powerhouse, and additional work for low level out structure. Work had started early 2017 and completed November 2018.

Nam Thurn1 is one of big Hydro-power dams. FM signed contract for civil work of crushing plant foundation with JV CMC, ITD & SONGDA. Contract concrete volume is 2,500m3.

NAM THURN1 Hydro-power Project_Divert water tunnel
Right Tunneling Co., Ltd was main contract and signed with owner Phonesak Group. FM was one of three sub-contracts, did civil work slab and art wall and included inlet and outlet structure of tunnel. Work has been completed within three months for tunnel length 950m (Concrete work).

Nam Lik1 Hydropower dam project (Developers are GPSC and POSCO)
Nam Lik1 hydropower project is main contractor by POSCO; FM constructed on road drainage, culvert installation, concrete access road and cofferdam concrete slop protection (0.50m of thickness with 4,200 m3 of concrete).

Nam Hin Boun Hydropower Project
It is a joint venture company for hydropower dam project in Khounkham district, Khammouan province. There were three construction teams with slow progress before FM was called to join and worked at difficult area of the dam “powerhouse”; FM poured concrete 7,000m3 within two months and the progressing is re-cover quickly therefore manpower was increased from 28 people to 200 people during three months.
