FM is only a Lao company has a direct contract with Lao World to renovate the ceiling while electrical work and AC duct are Thai contractors. FM completed renovation ceiling, glass replacement, epoxy floor and cleaning.

Dong Kasen Resettlement Project for Nam Hinboun Hydro-power dam
The resettlement project is one of Nam Hinboun Hydro-power dam project in Khounkham District, Khammoune Province and there are 380 houses to build and FM was awarded for 28 houses. The project started mid-June, 2017 and completed June 2018.

LAO AIRLINE NEW WAREHOUSE PROJECT
The building size is 12m x 30m with two floors; the first floor is warehouse for air craft spare parts while the second floor is offices and connected to existing building by corridor. Project started in April 2017 and completed in January 2018.

Savanhkham Concrete Co., Ltd (SCC) is developing its business on concrete production with nine products in total, FM constructed these buildings and joint-venture with VERTEX Machine Group (Thai company) supplies machineries.

Demolishing of eight story building converting Hospital
It is a joined venture project by Lao and Thai investors, the building to demolish all walls, floor tile and ramp then will be re-constructed bases on new design, it is a big and high technology hospital in Vientiane when project complete. The second phase is re-construction would start in April, 2016 and FM expects to be parts of re-build project.

Construction office and Lab buildings at Wattay Airport
FM is subcontract of Hazama Ando Corporation on construction of site construction office and Lab building. Construction is started mid Oct 2015 and Project completed 10 January, 2016.

We were one of few teams working in this factory, we supported more than 60 people during peak work to complete first to third floor of processing & office areas, completed slab surround canopy & yards with more than six thousands of square meters, and completed one loading dock.
